With over 30 years of experience in holistic health, spanning a variety of disciplines and with knowledge gained both through training and teaching all over the world, I am well positioned to provide programs that are truly suited to your individual goals and needs (rather than the one size fits all approach).
I am passionate about making exercise through movement fun, safe and accessible to everyone irrespective of age or ability.
This is also evident in my history of teaching in schools (nursery, primary & secondary), colleges, universities, nursing homes and gyms/health clubs/ leisure & spa facilities of all descriptions. As well as training instructors, giving lectures and presentations across Europe and as far afield as Australia, sharing at Fitness conventions, summits, retreats, seminars, workshops and special events.
Sessions are available online or in- person either at my studio or at a location of your choosing.
