You’ve probably already tried a few diets which worked well for a bit, but then the weight just came piling back on after you stopped. Have you also started those quick workouts from the magazines and found that no matter how many 30 day squat challenges or triceps dips on the chair, you are just not as toned as the model demonstrating each exercise?

Steve is a brilliant personal trainer. He is firm but very fair and pushes you to your limit by encouraging - not shouting which wouldn't work for me - training sessions are varied and work all muscle groups and there is also cardio work included

Had a deep tissue massage with Steven, really great treatment. He was very friendly and talked me through everything and gave me tips for preventing the pain from coming back. Highly recommended!
