We are an event coordination company that provides trained staff to help your event run smoothly. Our services include trained event servers, bartenders, event setup and clean-up staff as well as personal on-premise cooks. We also offer full bar setups, cocktail planning and day of event coordination.

We used Exquisite Event Service for the first time on Christmas Eve for a house party of 25. I was looking for someone to lend an extra hand to help out with taking coats, getting guests drinks and, most importantly, clean up throughout the night so that we could spend our time enjoying the company. Our helper, Lance, was fantastic. He was extremely professional, yet very kind and personable. He was never in the way and required very little direction; we simply told him at the beginning what we were looking for, and he took care of it from there. He was excellent throughout the entire evening and a HUGE help. My goal in hiring someone was to help give my parents a break, and my mom couldn't stop talking about happy she was, which made it all worth it. We would use Lance again in a heartbeat. What do you love most about your job?
The part that I love most about my job is seeing everything come together. From the beginning when the event starts out as an idea, through the middle where the coordination happens to the actual execution of the job and seeing the guests enjoy themselves it feels great to be a part of it all.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, I just wanted to see the standards of events improve. I always had a passion for the food and beverage industry and I wanted to bring my passions to life. I was given the opportunity to tour as a food and beverage manager with the band U2 and from there started making a plan for when I returned home as to what I was going to do next. When I'd made it back to my hometown of Boston, I started Exquisite Event Service. A company who's intention is to raise the bar and set the standards in events and hospitality services.

Bartending
Full bar set-ups, cocktail menu creation, wine or whiskey tastings. We bring all the tools necessary to make your bar event successful. Our bartenders are well trained and are all covered under Exquisite Events insurance.
Event Server
Whether you need help passing appetizers, running a buffet line or doing a full-service plated meal, our staff are trained in all areas of service. Servers are there to make sure everything flows smoothly and takes the pressure off of you so you can actually be a guest at your own event.
