What do you love most about your job?
We enjoy seeing repairs which are done that we know will stand for many years particularly on the Eaves. It is painful seeing people stressed about damp in their bedrooms when the ingress has crept up on them. Express in name means we will act as quickly as required. Although we always insist on 14 day cooling off notice, we can effect repairs immediately.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Sadly as smaller contractors, we suffered from competition from travelling opportunists who patch up repairs and leave the house owner vulnerable to repeat the process only months later. We decided to make a stand and offer fully Insured guarantees and ensure that legally every customer will have the right to make free, relaxed decisions.
Why should our clients choose you?
Normally people choose on price, price and price.....We hope that although we wont be a cheap as the local one man trader, we will provide a clean perfect job everytime, with access to other skills required to help the home owners just get sorted as they want.
