24 hour fitness spot that's affordable and practical. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Staff is very friendly. I have been at express fitness gym going on 4 years now and am a certified personal trainer there /the atmosphere is family oriented and being 24/7 gym is very nice staff treats you good and made many new friends here I highly recommend it if you want a big roomy gym with tanning and smoothie bar and good people to workout with come on in check us out you will be glad you did!

Hey,I want rephrase this because I truly love Express Fitness wholeheartedly and everything about it. I truly love and appreciate the staff and everything about the gym . I've been going here 8 years or longer and wouldn't change a thing.Express Fitness is very convenient for me with my work schedule. I love the weights and equipment.
