I'm here again to rave about the service from Express that I received this morning (8/20/19). This is my second time using them. They are prompt and professional and always do a wonderful job. I have children so these carpets can get quite dirty. They always do a great job...today exceeded my expectations...and I am pleased to consider them my go to carpet cleaning provider now and in the future. Nabil & Sam came out the same day & did an absolute amazing job!  They got stains out that others said they couldn't! There are 5 cats in the house & they used pet & home friendly products. I can't believe how clean the carpet is. They were polite & friendly. They also fixed a few things around the house that I had been meaning to hire a handyman for. Was very pleased with this company from start to finish! Called on a Friday and the woman on the phone answered all my initial questions throughly and pleasantly and scheduled my appointment for the next day, to my surprise! The price for cleaning my two sofas with deodorizing and protecting them was $220 less than a well-advertised competitor! The crew was scheduled for 12 but called to say they would be late do to distance and traffic. They actually arrived an hour before the time they projected. So glad I was home. Moving into a new house and Nabil just came and cleaned my carpets, ducts and filters. He was AMAZING!!!  He was on time and so helpful. Everything looks and smells so clean and wonderful. I very much needed some help with my couch and high traffic carpet areas. 3 kids and my coffee habit made spots everywhere. Making appointment was easy and when I called again to modify my appointment, the customer service was great. Justin came within the promised time slot, explained the process and was knowledgeable. Brilliant from start to finish! Justin just left me with carpets that look look incredible. They returned my message quickly and gave me a reasonable quote that held firm when it was time to check out - no upselling or surprise charges. The people I spoke with in the office were as courteous and friendly as Justin was.They called the day before to confirm my arrival window. Justin called when he got to the job prior to mine, told me where he was located, estimated his arrival to me, and said he'd call when he was on his way. Very happy with quality of service.  Justin called ahead to let me know he was on his way.  He showed up within timeframe agreed upon.  The process he uses is a dry method, which I like.  This is the first time we done this and I like it better than the wet method.  He was able to get out some stains, but some like a pink paint/ink would not come out.  The process took about an hour... and the carpet looks great.  I would recommend him. This company is on point. They called like 15 mins before they got here so I would be ready for them. Once here, the tech explained what he'll bw doing and why. Took him around 30 mins to do the job but more importantly did it right. The tech also wore booties (think what these are called) the entire time. I have a child who is severely allergic who was experiencing a cold. With the season changing I knew I needed to get the carpet cleaned in her room asap. I called on a Tuesday and someone picked up right away. I explained I needed one room done and agreed to the price. The representative explained for just a few bucks more I could have two other areas cleaned. I thought that was very professional and transparent. After expecting an appointment later in the weekly I was happily advised that I could have an appointment as soon as the next day. Great! The two representatives Tiran an Cederic gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were 15 minutes away and arrived timely. They were professional, friendly and very courteous! They immediately began work on some very worn out areas and I was extremely pleased with the service.  They also worked very quickly. I was truly impressed. The fellas from Express Dry just left and we were pleased by the service we received today. Let's start from the beginning:Calling and scheduling wasn't difficult, however there were a few hiccups in the process (hence 4, not 5 stars). I called and spoke to a guy who originally booked my appointment. Within 5 min I was called back by someone else (a woman this time) who noted that she was calling from express dry and needed some information. This made me feel a bit weary, as she was asking for my name and address which I had already given to the first guy. But when she noted other info that I discussed with the other guy, it put my mind at ease that I wasn't being taken advantage of.On the day of the appointment (today) I was getting a bit curious as to why we hadn't heard from our cleaners by 12:45pm. We were given two option for arrival time - 9-11 and 11-1. I selected 11-1 and promptly put it on my calendar. When I called express dry to check about their status, the same women if talked to before answered and told me the time window for my appt is between 1-3. This was a bit annoying, especially since I hadn't even been given this timeframe as an option when I booked. Fortunately, we were able to accommodate this time switch, but to be honest, normally this would have been a big issue that would have likely resulted in rescheduling or cancellation (and a much different review). When the guys arrived, they were polite, courteous and dog friendly (which we appreciate). One suggestion though - before offering dog treats, be sure to check with the owners to see if it's ok, in case of food allergies or sensitivities. The work was done SUPER FAST, we almost couldn't believe it. They asked us to check the area before they left and gave some suggestions on how to spot the problem areas In the future.Full disclosure, they offer a $15 discount to those who agreed to write a review on Yelp. That said, I'm confident you all know I would have written this review anyway and that my opinion hasn't been swayed. Once the area is fully dried I'll have a better idea of my total satisfaction. It's the service that you hope you get - and are beyond thrilled when it actually happens! Prompt, efficient, very thorough. On the day of the cleaning, Justin was very personable, a great communicator & professional. He called a few hours ahead of time to confirm and give an update on the expected time.
