What do you love most about your job?
I driven by what makes things tick and this drive is what I bring to my client work, delivering great design solutions that help clients succeed and grow. Great design is about making things work better not just look better. I love the variety of work and clients and everything helps shape better solutions. Working with a Cathedral or heritage location help and informs working with a high street womenswear retailer and visa versa
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm great at creating design solutions not solely consultancy work, and so wanted to create a business that enabled this to continue. Design Director large consultancies biome more consultant and less hands-on. That's certain what I found and that wasn't how I wanted to develop. Delivering great advice, great consultancy and great design solutions combined was the motivation.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm driven to find the RIGHT solution. Start-ups with me in 2003 are still thriving, growing clients today. Small job clients turn in to long term returning client relationships. Longest client relationship is 32 years and newest, well they keep coming!

Absolutely, no problem at all. As remote technology has evolved the easier it has become.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Increased remote working. Meeting now are online with video calls as well as phone calls. It works well and is completely safe.
