I would definitely recommend Alan Clark of Exponential Coaching. I was put in touch with Alan through a friend. I needed some help with a project I have been asked to do by The University of Worcester on Leadership and Mentoring. Alan is very professional and incredibly knowledgable in his field of expertise. He was articulate in his use of wording to bring about change and influence in a positive manner and made me think deeply about the way I deliver the questions being asked of me during the interview filming process. Alan is very approachable and he made me feel at ease during the time spent together discussing my chosen topic. His delivery is one where he made me think of what was being asked and together we worked through the questions until we reached an answer. He recommended some reading material and I would most certainly like to have further coaching and leadership sessions with Alan in the future to progress my leadership role. More...
