My friend recommended dazs circuits classes a few years ago. I've always enjoyed exercise but was stuck in a tut at the gym and was getting bored, first class I ever did I really struggled and ached after for a few days ?? But I was hooked and don't think I've missed a week since. Daz is extreamly helpful, suppportive and makes you feel comfortable so much so I started having pt with him. Darren is an excellent personal trainer who is knowledgable and competent in everything he does. Previously I had taken out gym memberships but never ended up going to the gym. Darren has motivated me to work out on a regular basis and has given me an effective nutrition plan which has enabled me to go back to being a size 8. I started going to circuit training with a friend a while ago, and was a bit dubious about it being a male trainer, and a mixed male and female class, but once I'd done one class I was hooked. Daz has a way of making you feel great about your achievements no matter how small, he's constantly positive and you can tell he's not just about making money. <br />I now attend his bootcamps 3 times a week<span id="moreReview448382" class="hide"> and I'm loving the results and the advice he gives.</span> More...

Want Motivation, go and have a session with Daz, his classes are actually fun and you get great results. <br />I go to boot camp 3 times a week and then circuits and thai on a Tuesday and Thursday, the prices Daz charges are too low if anything ! You don't need to be a fitness machine to start, its grantee you will always feel welcome, and with Darren's advice and excellence available as and when<span id="moreReview448386" class="hide"> you need you will soon meet the target you set out to achieve, I wouldn't go anywhere else !</span> More...

Darren definitely deserves the 5*s rating he's getting! He's always available with any advice, support, motivation, etc, when needed. <br />His classes are friendly and welcoming yet still maintaining its professionalism and total respect to him as a personal trainer, one on one or in a group!<br />So whether it's weight loss or fitness you're after, I'd 100% recommend Darren as he's not only a great<span id="moreReview448407" class="hide"> person, trainer and motivator, but he will definitely be able to help you achieve your personal goals. I realised I wasn't happy with my weight and decided to do something about it. Darren was highly recommended by a friend. I started my personal training and felt so comfortable. Darren sat with me while we decided on a realistic diet that suited my lifestyle. The training sessions are varied including weights/cardio so you never get bored. Darren is very easy going and friendly and will help<span id="moreReview431727" class="hide"> with any queries you have, the sessions are hard but definitely worth it. I am so much more confident in myself, I enjoyed my personal training that much I started doing circuits once a week and I am now planning to go to the Thai Boxing class that Darren runs. Darren (Or more effectionaly - Daz) Has been fantastic. <br /><br />I approached Daz with and idea, a goal, and he tailored my training to help me acheive this. <br /><br />My motivation was obstacle course racing, getting over things, getting under things quickly - What did he do? Turned his gym into one using the equipment provided. <br /><br />He's also given me great dietry advice, and responded to other strange<span id="moreReview387641" class="hide"> requests as "I want you to make me throw up today..." I wanted to lose weight and get fit but as I was just over 22 stone it seemed a long way off. All my previous training was in powerlifting which I have competed at national level so daz really had his work cut out with me. He is very good at motivating you to try your best and his dietary advice has really helped me to lose just over 4 stone. I began circuit training once a week May this year and I now have personal training sessions Since training with Darren Radfelder I have lost an increadible amount of weight, gone from a size 12 to a size 8! I am pleased with the results from partaking in regular training sessions. I have been to circuits classes and had personal training sessions for about 6 months now. <br />I have lost 1.5 stone in weight and nearly two dress sizes!!!!<br />Daz makes the training sessions fun and mixes up different activities so you never get bored. I have been doing weights training under his supervision and although it something I have never done before I am now hooked. <br />Keeping a food diary<span id="moreReview360566" class="hide"> and following his dietary advice has helped me achieve over and above what I ever thought I could do and certainly wouldn't have done it on my own. <br />I would highly recommend speaking to Daz if you want to lose weight, get fit or just want a new fitness challenge.</span> More...

I have trained with Darren for 8 weeks and have lost half a stone - now weighing 8stone 9. But the biggest change is the inch loss - I have lost 2.5 inch off each thigh, 1inch off my hips, 1.5 inch off each arm and have put one inch on my chest!! I have really toned up and my figure has completely changed (a lot of my clothes no longer fit lol). I have even got definition in my abs which I never<span id="moreReview314351" class="hide"> thought I would have! Darren is tough in training but really encouraging and even though he pushes me further every week - I absolutely love it!! He mixes up the training so that no week is the same and this makes it even more enjoyable. My strength and stamina has increased vastly and I am much more confident in my self. Daz is a fantastic motivator who has helped me in the process of losing 4 stone over the last few months. I have been training one to one and taking a few of the circuit training classes on a tuesday and thrusday at Darren's studio and I have attended some of his boxing and kickboxing classes. Each class i attended was never boring and never ever EASY which is good because Darren knows how to push you to your limits and helps you get the most for your money. I have been attending the studio since<span id="moreReview245401" class="hide"> December 2010 and have seen massive improvements to my strength, body shape and overall fitness. My knowledge has greatly expanded and my eating habits are much better all thanks to Darren and his studio. Going to a studio like this is definitely better than going to the gym becuase Darren uses a lot of different techniques such as kettlebells, free weights, gym rings and bulgarian bags which targets more muscles than the boring machines you usually find at gyms. I would really recommend this studio because you have Darren and others who attend, pushing you further each session and although the training may be very tough you feel the benefits immediately.</span> More...

I have been training in a gym 6 days a week and fancied trying something different. Darren has been training me for approximately 12 months now doing boxing and MMA training. I really enjoy the variety that Darren offers and on every session Darren always listens to what I want to achieve from that session and ensures I get a full and varied workout. Going to the gym on my own was just no good for me!!!<br />I couldn't give myself the motivation or the knowledge i needed to achieve my goals/targets, so i started searching for personal trainers and a friend pointed me in Darrens Radfelder's direction.<br />I've been going to Personal Train Me with Darren Radfelder for 2 months now, twice a week.<br />I was a little scared on my first session but Darren<span id="moreReview174407" class="hide"> was very friendly and welcoming :) we had talked and agreed on my targets/goals that i wanted to achieve. He gave me great advice on the foods i should be eating on a morning, after we trained and through-out the rest of the day.<br />After each session with Darren I felt like I had had a tremendous workout, muscles were aching that I didn’t know even know exsisted!! <br />Darren's a great motivator and i always look forward to our sessions which are always<br />varied and fun to do. In between sessions Darren was always available either for advice,<br />support or encouragement!! My family and friends were like "wow" at the great achievements I've gained from training with Darren, my strength has increased, my levels of fitness have increased my body is more toned and my confidence has increased! Going to the classes was 101% better than joining a gym and doing it all wrong, but having darren there helping me and keeping me going is great and his help on what to eat is fab as am in the car all day with my job. Even when not 100% fit i still go for advice on how to recover fully. I go tuesday nights, thursday nights and saturday for 1 to 1 with daz. Going to Personal Train ME twice a week has been very rewarding, I am well on my way to reaching my goal of toning up and losing weight. Darren is friendly and welcoming; he has taking the time to listen and understand what I want to achieve by discussing my eating habits and other solutions that can help me to reach my targets. Hi my name is Kimberley Parker and I started training with Darren on 1st November 2010. Within the first 6 weeks I have increased my strength and fitness massively but the most important thing I have achieved is loosing a stone in weight and a size in clothing. Over the last couple of years I've attended at 'Personal Train ME' I was trained by Darren Radfelder and I must say he was a great trainer with expert Knowledge and Darren's service provided was exceptional. Personal Train ME is a fantastic personal trainer, I had been going to the gym for 8 years and doing the usual running on tread mill, cross trainers, lifting weights ect: i reached a point were no matter how many weights I lifted or how many miles I ran there was no difference to my fitness .
