We used this company moving into our new home as it was left in a poor state. The house had a lingering unpleasant smell, we had every room deep cleaned, including a carpet shampoo. The service took a few hours so we went out and left them to carry on, the house looked completely different by the time we got home. I briefly used this service but quickly replaced with someone else after they broke my 2 month old shark hoover.. they increased rates from 12 to 15 during first lockdown so they could wear protective clothing which was not worn once no masks nothing. . they refused to replace my hoover ive waited all this time for it to be resolved so now I leave a negative review and will be reporting to trading standards More...

Absolutely awful service. First of all they turned up over half an hour late. I visited half way through and asked what time they would be done. I explained what needed cleaning. However the state they left the bathroom in was awful. They missed parts of rooms, didn't clean behind doors. They also left the hallway carpet extremely wet to the point it won't dry out. When telling them about the carpet, they replied with "oh okay", not even an apology for the carpet. Not only are they over priced for the average cleaner. But they have ended up costing us a fortune. Even after a second attempt of cleaning I had to go back and clean behind multiple doors. We had to pay an extras day rent and having to get professionals out to look at the carpet. Would not recommend these at all. More...

Hi Victiria, Thanks for your review. I’m so surprised that you could write all this. Firstly you gave us the address of the property to be cleaned with a wrong postcode of your new property. You were called multiple times but you won’t respond, but after several voice messages you responded and gave the correct postcode. The en-suite bathroom was missed and we were at the property as early as 6.40am and it was cleaned. A video was sent to you for your confirmation. You were apologised to vividly, hence the early turn up for the job as 6.40am. You later came up with a wet hall way carpet. In you text message, you clearly confirmed that there was a leakage somewhere in the property and WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LEAKAGE AND THE WET HALL WAY CARPET. You previously confirmed to us that the carpet will be changed before we started the cleaning, but when you mentioned the wet hall way, we responded that we have nothing to do with the wet and “oh ok”, since you later said not all carpet will be changed. We have nothing to do with the WET HALL WAY. All the same thanks for review.
