We used ETA to take our employees to and from a brewery tour, and ETA made the experience so easy for us! Fatima helped me coordinate everything and answered my phone calls and emails promptly. Got this shuttle service set up through one of our traveling friends. Â Our driver patiently waited for our arrival at the baggage claim with a sign. Â Very easy going person and was very kind to us by taking our photo at the baggage claim. :)We walked to the shuttle pick up area and he quickly loaded our luggage. Â The ride was smooth and we had music and water bottles. My only thought at that time was "why didn't I pull out a bottle of alcohol from my luggage so we can drink." Err.... Oh well... we did have control of the music so we played what we wanted. Â Overall, a shuttle service I would recommend if you want that party bus ride. More...

Our driver was cordial and welcoming, awaiting our arrival by the luggage carousel. He was patient and waited for us all to collect are luggage and then lead us to the shuttle. He loaded our luggage and offered us bottled waters. Then proceeded to drive us to our hotel. We had full control of the music. The shuttle was clean and comfortable. I have transportation booked for my weekend girls trip to Vegas...which also happens to be my birthday weekend! so far the process has been painless and super accommodating. ETA was awesome! Had my bachelor party in Vegas this weekend and used ETA Friday and Saturday night. It made transport a breeze, we didn't have to worry about coordinating rides or walking anywhere. The vans were clean, roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. Our driver Uly was knowledgeable and courteous and she showed us how to link to the van through Bluetooth so we could play our own music.
