Social Anxiety
Panic Attacks
Work Related Stress
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
BI Polar
Low Self Esteem
Loss Bereavement
I offer a free initial session to as a way for both the client and myself to see if we would be able to work together.
The skills, experience, and training allow me the flexibility to draw on a wide range pf psychological theories and practice of therapeutic models.
One of the main therapeutic frameworks I use is around a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, although very effective it may not always be appropriate which is why I believe in being flexible to each individual.
