How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most Garages will be suitable for conversion however there are some things you need to take into consideration. Generally planning will not be involved depending on its position. We would help you with this and if necessary make the preliminary discussions with the planning officer.
Building control will need to be involved with regard to the structure and insulation values of your project, for instance if the walls are single skin or if the floor is concrete you will need to fit sufficient insulation to meet the present standards. What ever your project requires we will assist you to reach the completed job.
