We all lead busy lives, so the programmes I offer are there to suit you and your current lifestyle.
I provide ideas and ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine to achieve your goals.

I offer a range of services including:

Individual training sessions from your home

Small group (maximum 3) training sessions

Healthy Eating advice

Outdoor group fitness sessions

The personal training sessions will work specifically to your needs and goals. The group sessions cater for a range of fitness levels.

No need to go to a gym, exercise in your own home or surrounding area. A range of portable fitness equipment will support your session.

Helen really put me at ease at our first meeting she talked through what I wanted to achieve and devised a achievable exercise plan that fitted around my work and family commitments. I really enjoyed our one to one sessions and always felt great afterwards. Helen also provided different exercise cards for me to complete on my own, which were clear and easy to follow. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Helen.

I have done several of the group sessions and really enjoyed them! There is a good variety of exercises which you can do an intensity that your comfortable with. Helen is a great instructor! Would recommend.

Helen knows exactly how to motivate and ensure I get the most of my sessions. She welcomes and responds to feedback and she'll explain which part of the body each exercise is targeting. I've attended a few sessions now and I can really see and feel the difference in my fitness levels, core and strength. Well worth a try!

I can't compliment Helen enough. I had been struggling to lose weight and get motivated for year's but Helen has helped me over come this and I love exercising with her. Not only just she know what she is talking about but she keeps you motivated and the varied routines keep you interested. As someone who gets bored at the gym, preferring zumba and dancing, I was apprehensive about attending Helen's circuit session but I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease that if there was anything I couldn't do, there would be an alternative or easier exercise. There was an excellent variety of exercises, the time flew by and it was so lovely to be outdoors in the fresh air. Thank you Helen, I will be back!

I’d really recommend ExercisetoHealth. I’ve been struggling with motivation, and the gym just wasn’t working for me anymore. Helen has really helped get my mojo back, and enjoy exercise and running again. I did my last 5K in April, very poorly prepared, in 39.30. This weekend, with Helen’s Training, I completed a 5K in 30.30. Well chuffed! Now planning a 10K, which I would never have thought possible for this middle-aged exercise phobe!
