We took advantage of the free 2 hour business review from Executive Training & Consultancy nearly 2 years ago. It took us another 18 months before using their services to help grow our family bookkeeping business. Now, 6 months on, we are seeing such great results from working with Doug. His direction has been absolutely spot on for getting to where we want to be, despite some scepticism from me initially. His patience and explanations have been greatly appreciated and supportive and we are convinced we would never have got this far in such a short time without him. Doug has been a total inspiration for our business. We run a very successful business but felt we had hit a point where we didn’t actually know what to do next. We had concentrated so much on getting the clients through the door, building up a excellent reputation that we actually didn’t know what to do next! We were enjoying the business but had very little time for ourselves and struggled with the usual stuff such as cash flow, employees .. it seemed all consuming! I thought that as a husband and wife team both with experience of running our own businesses before that we knew it all, but we were shattered and didn’t know what to do next. Doug has and still is helping us to restructure our business, he has left no stone unturned in making us see what makes the business tick, how we can save money, and most importantly he has given us the vision of what we want from the business in the future. I have always loved our business but now I am loving what the future holds for our business and us!
