Home to Southampton Cruise Terminal and Return after a cruise on the 'Queen Elizabeth' We have used Mark and Exec-Merc for similar journeys over several years and have always enjoyed excellent service. To quote Mark 'Your wife does not travel light, does she' and this time he excelled himself with his new very high spec Mercedes GLS, the epitome of luxury travel with its built in cooler for a little fizzy refreshment en route. As usual he rang a couple of days before to confirm the arrangements, and arrived on time. He always loads {and unloads} the various suitcases/bags - my excuse being that I would not wish to damage his paintwork. Another relaxing journey to the port which put us in holiday mode. On our return, a quick phone call as we disembark and by the time we are outside the terminal with luggage, he was there ready and waiting, and another stress free journey home. Mark and Joanne could not have been more accommodating or professional. Our flights to Heathrow were delayed, rebooked, and rebooked again. Mark took it all in stride and took the stress out of a stressful situation. The next day he picked us up and drove us to Stonehenge, then Salisbury. He even volunteered to make a stop at a shop we wanted to visit. Joanne picked us up at the cruise terminal in Southampton and delivered us back to Heathrow. I would like to thank Mark for organising our latest Airport transfer to Gatwick of which my husband and I was so thankful that it all went so smoothly. Having had several transfers over the last couple of years with ExecMerc which have always been so professional for us as a couple I wasn't sure if they could accommodate our requirements this year as we were traveling in a party of 6. After enquiring with Mark I was soon assured that it was possible and the trip was booked. Then unfortunately due to a cancelled operation in January we had to also take a wheel chair with us but after consulting Mark was told it would be no problem. On the day a totally clean MPV turned up on time with a very helpful and willing driver who over 2 collection address's managed to pack everything in & deliver us to Gatwick. The return journey went just as smoothly which made the whole experience a much more enjoyable holiday despite our flight being delayed. The driver made constant contact with us & we had a smooth journey through arrivals and into the MPV in no time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Stacey (the driver) for all his help & a great relaxing drive.
