I have been booking villas in Florida for our annual visit for over 20 years and have used various companies in the past always with trepidation and concerns about what the villa will really be like when you arrive! Also once your holiday is paid for companies tend to 'forget,' your booking and customer service ends!Not with Kerrie, the whole experience was excellent, I cannot say enough good things about Kerrie, her continued customer service before, during and after the holiday! She genuinely cares! Our holiday was excellent, the villa was stunning! Her attention to detail exceptional! I can not recommend EPV enough. Kerrie was efficient and professional throughout and always at the end of an email at anytime for any questions or issues we had. The villa we rented with a couple of friends was beyond amazing and have already recommended her services to colleagues back home. I would recommend! I’d been searching for a villa in Orlando for weeks and could not see the wood for the trees.
