Professional and Great customer serviceI have bought at least 7 ceiling lights from this Bexleyheath store and each time I visited the store, it was a pleasant experience. Cheryl was very informative and accommodating and patient while I made a choice as to what lights I preferred. She took the time to understand my preferences and highlighted a few choices which I wouldn't have chosen on my own but worked out. I prefer to buy from this independent store rather than other chains because I feel I am getting a service that I wouldn't get from someone who is just manning an area within a store. Some lights aren't stocked in store but are on display, but in any event once ordered, they arrive within two days. I have never have any issues with the lights I bought and will continue to support.
