Just finished my last day before heading off to Australia and was given the best send of anyone could ask for. This is a caring team and a caring company. Hard work is recognized and you are rewarded by being given the opportunity, they will give you the ball and let you run with it. Like any company there is always room for improvement but exclusec strives to improve with constant staff surveys. From pay rate questionnaire's, staff satisfaction and event surveys. They take great pride in reputation and treat each client as if it is the most important. I've seen things from outside management and inside management.
