My Mum has lived at Freshfields for almost six years now and I can honestly say we could not have made a better choice. She has dementia and was at first confused and upset but the staff there are so very caring that she has flourished in the friendly family atmosphere. She is looked after so well, I cannot praise everyone enough. I feel it is unfair to single out any one person so suffice it to say that everyone, from management to cleaning staff, senior carers to kitchen aides, really cares about my Mum and all the other residents.
