Very personable and knowledgeable trainer. I attended Christa's spin class and had a great, albeit sweaty, time. She gave very clear instructions as to what she wanted us to do and why. Even though there are a multitude of outdoor exercise options in the Canmore area, which I prefer to gyms, there is still a place for an intense spin class in any person's exercise regime. Christa offers a pure spin class as well as combinations of spin with other types of training, such as core. I am looking forward to trying these when I get back in town. More...
