Dan did our headshots for our company website. Everyone was happy with the pictures, and our website looks great with the new photos. Thanks Dan!

I used Dan to photograph a real estate listing. Loved the photos, and the house sold fast.

We had a large unit that had to be photographed in our warehouse and hired Excalibur Portraits to do it for us based on the work we had seen on their website. We were more than impressed with the capabilities of Dan to turn our warehouse into a photos studio to get perfect pictures of our filtration unit for our catalogue and web advertising. More...

Q&A

What makes a photographer a professional is the ability to produce a great image in whatever circumstance presents itself. Controlling the light, setting the stage, and fully understanding the message that needs to be seen in the final image all go into the recipe for making a great photo.

I always ask for a budget. Not because I want to know how much money I can get, but I can often cater my services to fit a budget by taking a few less photos or doing a little less editing.

It's never the same thing twice. Whether it is trying to find the best angle to photograph a kitchen, or where to place a light to flatter a face, there is always a bit of a puzzle that I enjoy solving with every set of photos.

I was just a hobby photographer until friends and acquaintances began asking me to do photos for them. The business grew from this small group of customers.
