After recently moving house, I contacted Artur after reading reviews on here. I was not disappointed! He called over and gave us a quote which we decided to go with straight away. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! He loves what he does and takes great pride in his work, giving sound advice along the way! I cannot recommend him enough! He put back furniture where he could and any items that would stain the carpet were put on small polystyrene blocks. When I saw the advert for Exact Clean, my gut instinct was to contact them before I tried any others. Artur was very quick to come back to me, to arrange a suitable time for a quote. As we were looking for a speedy service, he was also able to accommodate our booking within a 7 day period. The pricing was extremely competitive, and as a result, I opted to have the whole house done, as opposed to just the downstairs. The service itself is impeccable, and we cannot fault a thing. We had a lot of marks, scuffs, dried out play doh and blue tak, as well as sticky stains from lollipops and sweets! Generally, the carpet was very tired looking. However, these are now all gone, and the whole house smells wonderful as well! Artur and his colleague were tirelessly professional in their approach and we cannot recommend them enough. Excellent! Our young dog had messed on our new landing and bedroom wool carpets - causing a lot of mess . Artur came round, discussed what could be done, gave us a quote and came around on a Saturday to clean the carpets. I would highly recommend Artur from Exact Clean. Our office carpets were only 2 years old but after a number of spillages had been left heavily stained. I had used other carpet cleaners and had been advised these stains cannot be removed. The carpets had been left looking dull and grubby, I called Artur and he was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and highly knowledgeable about his trade. He assured me he would be able to remove the stains and that he would use a few different techniques to remove the different types of stains. 2 words of advice !!! 1st Do not have a party at home, including red wine and rich party food. 2nd If you ignore my first piece of advice. Make sure you have Arthur at Exact Cleans number at hand!! Joking aside, Arthur has rescued a disaster. My carpet has come up like new after a bottle of red wine and food was trampled well and truly into it.
