As a member of the eWN Denver Chapter, I felt I would be remiss if I didn't also check out the neighboring chapter to my south. Boy, am I glad that I did! The women who comprise this chapter made me feel encouraged and confident in the direction and possibilities which are on the near horizon for my newly-minted company, and I couldn't be more excited about the connections and friendships I've made as a result of being consistent in participation. Truly a renaissance chapter (formerly headed by Julie Miller Davis), the eWN CoS Chapter is inviting of anyone with the same vision for their business that eWomenNetwork subscribes to. Having just pulled off a very successful "Success Summit" (in the midst of a major blizzard no less!)-this chapter is breaking new ground with new members every week. Brenda Layton is the current Managing Director, and with the support of all who've gone before her she is continuing the tradition which is bestowed upon all eWN CO Chapters: excellence. As Brenda has a long and proven history of success in absolutely everything she does, it is not at all surprising that the chapter is continuing to thrive under her leadership. If you are a woman of ANY age, and are seeking to expand your associations within a community which you might even have lived in your entire life, I cannot give eWN enough stars to express the life-changing lessons and support you will come to experience. Many times you go to a networking meeting and listen to the speaker so you can connect with people before and after. With eWomen it is both. The "networking" part of the meeting is suppose to start at 11:30. I get there at 10am and the room is already buzzing. The speakers are amazing, I would of spent the money for lunch just to hear them. The meeting ended at 1:30, however over 30 women stayed for the After Glow.
