We really can't thank Mike and his team enough for providing an absolutely exemplary wedding car service for our wedding recently. Mike was highly communicative and very easy to deal with in making the arrangements for the day - nothing was a problem and all the details were confirmed with minimal hassle. On the day everything went off like clock-work: exactly to the details that we'd discussed, the cars looked pristine and the gents were very sharply dressed, friendly and provided absolutely first class service. Driver couldn't find way to church on second run. Then car had puncture on way to reception. Luckily some friends were able to help the bridal couple or they would have to have waited 45 minutes for a replacement car to arrive and then have a 40 minute drive to venue and be late for their reception. Not the entrance that they were expecting! No apology received from company so not impressed. More...
