Tracy really helped me to move forward in the second half of 2021. I was feeling really stuck in a major life decision - quitting a job that I’ve held for 7 years. I had many fears and reservations around leaving. Tracy helped me to weigh the options of worst case scenario and many of the exercises we did in our sessions opened my eyes to the fact that I will totally BE OK. And I am. I believe that Tracy is excellent at what she does. She helped me find clarity around an issue that I have been wrestling with by helping me see some of the underlying issues that I had not been able to identify on my own. I have never worked with a fitness coach. I always thought it would be too intimidating. After much thought, I realized I just need to connect with the right person in order to see results. Look no further! Tracy could be your amazing person who can personalize a program at your own level that will also challenge you. I was looking for someone who was knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and had experience working with clients of all ages that have dealt with injuries. Tracy is such a detailed professional. My gym sessions with her are the highlight of my week. During this COVID-19 period, my gym visits have been banned. I was worried about staying fit. Tracy offered a FaceTime session. I was skeptical, but realized if anyone could make a FaceTime session effective, it’s Tracy. I am fortunate I can continue to train during this shelter-in-place period. Even through my iPad, I still feel that Tracy gives the same attentiveness as our in-person sessions. I am able to follow her when she teaches new exercises because she has the incredible ability to explain things in a way that your brain can easily translate so the body understands what it’s supposed to do. My name is Brad Baskin. I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker, 42 years old and a divorced father of four. I met Tracy six years ago at 242 lbs. I had been going to the gym daily for 6 months and doing cardio and weights religiously, but wasn’t seeing any results. I was in need of some serious guidance and motivation. I showed her a lean and fit picture of myself at 18 years old and told her that I wanted to look like that again. Her answer blew me away. She said, “We can beat that.”

I had trained with other people before and Tracy is truly NEXT LEVEL. She takes the time to break down the importance of sleep as well as self-care and how to successfully integrate those aspects into your life. She not only gave me a food plan, but sent me instructional videos on how to cook certain things healthily and pics of products to buy. She doesn’t just give you exercises and count for you. Tracy focuses on form and holds people accountable unlike anybody else. She is very knowledge about the body and creatively modified certain exercises for me that caused pain from previous injuries. She is encouraging, yet firm, and is dedicated to people’s success.

After the first 4 months of training with Tracy and visible progress, she suggested I enter into a bodybuilding competition as a goal to keep me going strong. I didn’t see the potential she saw in me, but I decided to do it anyways. Eight months later and 52 lbs lighter, I won my first physique competition!!!! My kids were in the front row cheering. It was the highlight of my life to date. I competed two times the next year and also won those shows and ended up getting my Pro Card in Bodybuilding.

Without Tracy’s workout programming, supplementation, nutritional guidance, and accountability, I simply would never have achieved the physical shape that I am in today. Six years after we started training, I have maintained the physique “We” (she) sculpted. I cannot convey how thankful I am, not only for the physical achievements and health that she helped me arrive at, but for the confidence and sense of self and lifestyle that I have adopted that can only be attributed to Tracy. I cannot rave enough about Tracy and her training! Every time I workout without her I can hear her calming, encouraging, steady voice in my head saying, "You can do it for 20 more seconds, you can do anything for 20 more seconds," and I always drive myself forward. Tracy has helped me learn the correct form for exercises in a way that ensures I'm not hurting myself unknowingly at the gym. She has made me incredibly confident in a gym on the main floor surrounded by sweaty guys in a way that I never felt before. She builds dynamic workouts so that you're never bored while working out. Most importantly Tracy makes working out incredibly fun... we laugh so much during our sessions that people comment about it. Tracy also cares tremendously about the people she guides and looks after and gives so much more of herself than a typical training service. Anyone would be lucky to have her as a trainer. More...

Tracy is terrific. She has an amazing knowledge of how the body works. I had a hip replacement several months ago, and Tracy had a full plan in mind to restore my strength. I started with what seemed like elementary exercises, but I quickly learned that each had a purpose. In short order, it was as if I never had the surgery. I am a professional dancer and I own a dance studio here in Southern California. After taking the time to focus on my students I lost the focus on myself and needed to start getting back into shape. Tracy is, without a doubt, the best trainer I’ve ever had. She changed my body and eating plan in a matter of a few months and she taught me how to sustain that level of health. I have worked out for over 30 years and Tracy is the only one that has not let me tell her what I would do and what I CAN'T DO! She has a gentle, yet determined attitude towards helping to make you an all-around healthier person. She is not only knowledgeable about the muscles in your body, but also with nutritional values that really make a difference. Twelve months ago I had a serious rotator cuff injury that was truly debilitating. She led me through a very painful and difficult time with positive thinking and diligent effort even when it hurt and I would say no more. I met Tracy about 7 years ago after I moved to LA .She has been a wonderful friend and terrific helper to me at the Life Gym. Her thoughts and ideas for me with problems I have as an "elder"have been so terrific in aiding me with my many problems. I had no idea
how to do the exercises so very helpful to me and I try all the time to

I have trained with Tracy for the past three years. I needed help with weight training due to bone density loss.
Tracy is one of the most focused trainers I have encountered. She pays attention to the many details that make a particular exercise useful for a particular muscle group/area that needs strengthening. She also pays attention to the specific needs and personality of the client, increasing the challenge incrementally. I never felt like I had to fit into a pre-formed program; rather, she and I worked together to form a program that worked for me.
Tracy is also extremely knowledgeable about the body. She explains how and why a certain exercise is being used.
Tracy is personable and easy to work with. I would recommend her to anyone who takes exercise seriously!
