What do you love most about your job?
I simply love helping businesses, it is my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for different organisations across multiple industries but often thought, 'why am I limiting myself to one organisation, when I could potentially use my knowledge and experience to help all sorts of businesses who need HR and H&S help and support?'
Why should our clients choose you?
When I started researching my business model I was astounded by the fees that some organisations in my field charged for their services. I decided from day one that I would provide the same if not better quality advice and support, but be more realistic in my pricing. After all, it is not always the large corporate organisations that required HR advice and support, but also the SME's who perhaps recognise the importance of having functional HR in place but are put off by the assumed financial cost. I also pride myself on my personal approach, and love meeting and greeting clients and seeing first hand how their business is not just their livelihood but also their passion, just like mine is to me.
