Hi this is Emily coach and founder from Evolution Training Limited, we are a world class training and coaching company. My partner Roger I set up this company back in 1996 and together with our worldwide associates we empower individuals and organisations.

Each coach and trainer have their own field of expertise which includes neuroscience, NLP, the latest coaching strategies, and many other skills. Thousands of our clients have improved their relationships, reduced stress, and a gained sense of well-being in all areas of their life and work. We are friendly, approachable and are committed to help our clients build lives of happiness, freedom, and security.

I (Emily) am an international NLP Master Trainer, consultant, Coach Trainer and freedom coach. I specialise in helping people grow beyond their current limitations, using a unique mix of NLP and coaching techniques I guide clients through a transformational journey. I find working with women’s development very rewarding and I aim to set people free from the bonds that hold them back in life.

Over the past 25 years I (Roger) have trained and coached thousands of people to become the best they can be. Working worldwide with the latest methods has allowed me to find the most effective tools to help my clients release themselves from difficulties and move forward into the life they desire. I work with clients to help change the effects that negative emotions and beliefs have on their life. In business I like to take a hands-on approach with a combination of coaching and mentoring to enable and implement new strategies for business growth.” Companies benefit from Rogers support with new projects, those that did not get the desired results and the complete upscaling of business.
