What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to help make someone's vision a tangible reality. I love working with clients and helping them to build their dreams, develop a company or organization to deliver on its full potential and see its growth and success. Ultimately, making sure our clients are successful and really pushing their companies to explore new boundaries, markets and ideas is really what gets us out of bed every morning!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to level the playing field for everyone and incorporate strategic communications into every fiber of their companies and campaigns - and really bring clarity - both internally and externally. I was tired of seeing these massive marketing firms charging huge amounts of money for not a great deal of return and small businesses or start -ups really suffering because they just couldn't afford professional services or advice. So we focused on both helping large corporates take a real look internally and develop cohesively with their own people - which help them resonate more efficiently with their own customers, and also offer small businesses the same comprehensive services and clarity, within a budget that is realistic for them. I really just wanted people to learn how to make communication a core part of everything that they do and to really help them see the bigger picture.
