I remember those days that I was one of the nurses who had problems with the hospital based petition. I have ask the office who assisted me in filling my papers to look for an agent who can refer me to an agency. It was Tanya from Connetics that they referred me to. Connetics Nurse Dorcas: "My name is Dorcas. I am a Registered nurse born and raised in Kenya. I Came to the US in 2015, with the aim of pursuing a masters degree in Nursing. Though I knew I wanted a higher degree in Nursing, I was yet to make up my mind on which specialty I wanted to pursue. I therefore made up my mind to take the NCLEX exam and get a job in whatever area of nursing to ‘get my feet wet’ and I was sure by the end of 2-3 years in the field, it would be clear what I really wanted to do. After successfully completing my NCLEX exam, it was time to look for a recruiter who was ready to both hire me and sponsor my green card. The search was not an easy one, it was sometimes full of frustrations and empty promises but I knew I could not give up. I had just got married and my young family needed this. Finally, after what seemed like forever, I came across Connetics, and this my friends, was the answer to my troubles. Tanya, Meg, Jenell, Cheryl, just to mention a few, were more than supportive of my new venture. It was a tiresome process, I won’t lie, took a lot of patience but with these ladies by my side I knew things would be OK. I joined in October 2018. I had just given birth to my daughter, she was 3 months at the time, so moving to a whole new city, no friends, this was more of a leap of faith but I did it anyway. When I got here, I met the most supportive team, Tina and colleagues welcomed us, she helped me through every step of the way, searching for a daycare, an apartment, you name it. I felt so at home and sincerely things were not as hard as I was afraid they would be. I received phone calls from Cheryl almost weekly checking on me and honestly, I can’t thank her enough. I am currently working on a Medical-Surgical cardiac/ telemetry unit. My managers are super amazing and supportive, my colleagues, a team to die for. I never feel alone or overwhelmed at my job. They are always there to lend a hand and help when I need it. I could never ask for more. I am honored and blessed to be part of a super talented and gifted group of nurses. I write this with all sincerity, it has been eight months already and I learn a lot every single day. And every day I believe I become a better nurse. It’s in my great pleasure being one of the many nurses helped by Connetics USA - Nursing. In just a matter of 2 years, I am about to achieve my American dream! Looking back, it was 2017 when I processed and passed NCLEX RN licensure exam and on May of that same year, I was contacted by Ms. Joy (thanks to you) -that they have available Direct Hire position in Florida Hospitals- Adventist Health System, which I grabbed right away. To be honest, I applied to many agencies before that but only Connetics USA has provided me of what I am looking for. Since then, they’ve been very supported of me from the initial employer interview- to filing of petition, up to the Consular interview. Hi everybody !! My name is Yuri and I want to share with you my personal experience. When I started the process 5 years ago I had no idea about Ms. Tanya Freedman and Connetics. It took me long time to do some things by myself... but the process went much smoother and faster since I met Tanya! All help, support, advices and cooperation from Tanya and Connetics encouraged me and turned my dream into reality!! Now, I have my RN license from NYS, my green card and my great job as an OR nurse in New York! Honestly, it wasn't an easy path. Moreover, sometimes I wanted to give up, you know, tough English exams (ielts, toefl), cgfns issues, nclex-rn, searches for job.. However, despite hard times, I did it with Tanya's assistance!! I even don't know if I could get to my final destination without her. Nevertheless, I can assure you that WHAT you can achieve here - worth every step, every hard exam, money and time spent. I am Lilly Abraham from Muscat. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire Connetics USA team for their support and guidance throughout my journey to the US. I do really appreciate and cherish the valuable and timely support given to me by Tanya, Ernie, Joy, Cheryl and other members of Connetics family. I strongly believe that my American dream wouldn’t be possible without them. In fact, I had given up my dream in 2006 when my previous agency closed its office after retrogression started. All my documents were with my previous agent. In 2016, when Mr. Lalit of RN India referred me to Connetics, I had to start from the remnants of my previous application and there came the Connetics angels to help me in every step. There were a few occasions when I thought of giving up as I faced a lot of hurdles and delays but by the providence of God and with the help of Connetics family, I could overcome all these. I was so much worried about my eldest son who will complete 21 years on 30th January 2019. By the grace of God ,all of us got our visa on time and we will be traveling to US soon. Finally, my advise to all who are pursuing their American dream is not to give up your dream but to persevere in your journey. Good day! Im one of the succesful connetics nurses. To be honest,my US journey has been very long (10 years in the making) and went through a lot of retrogressions until such time I was abandoned by my previous employer.
