What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people recognize and go after their full potential after I've helped them develop the tools to be successful and to lead their teams to greatness!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As I was leaving the Air Force I noticed that a lot of the great lessons about leadership we learn in the military don't get transferred out to the rest of the world. I wanted to share those lessons to help businesses and other organizations in the corporate world build successful teams and a culture of leadership.
Why should our clients choose you?
For 20 years in the Air Force I lead teams all over the world doing advanced, highly technical projects. My number one focus throughout that time was to create young leaders on those teams who could go accomplish even greater things. I believe our most important job as leaders is to develop the new leaders coming up behind us. I bring this philosophy with me when I work with clients to develop themselves and their team members into the great leaders of the future.
