Could not recommend highly enough. Went over and above and gave me a lot of guidance and advice on my new BT set up. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and explained everything and why. Worked solidly for several hours and arrived on same day if arranging. He even took down old sky dish for me and got rid if defunct cables. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again. I phoned Kieran after losing the signal on my upstairs TV. He came out the next day, a Saturday, identified the issue and gave me different options to resolve it. I decided on a new aerial on the roof as the current one was very old. He was able to fit it there and then which was ideal and at a good price. Good quality workmanship and a clean and tidy service. Very professional and neat installation. At a reasonable price too!
