Dear Mark,I would like to say thanks so much for coming to my rescue when I was in a panic last week after attempting to switch on my main computer, I needed to print my referral slips the night before our BNI meeting, only to find it wouldn’t boot at all! I sent you a message and you rang me within minutes, after deciding it was not something that could be fixed over the phone we arranged for me to bring it with me the next morning to BNI and you would take it into IT hospital. You rang me that evening with a diagnosis and solution. Your team have now fixed it and you have kindly returned it to me today. Absolutely fantastic service. Brought back to life a lap top for my mother in no time at all! I was given an update and report so that I could understand what happened and they told me how to maintain the laptop without running into the same problems again. Exceptional service and great value for money. The team is also incredibly friendly and professional and were adamant that My mother should call them straight away if she gets stuck, and they will help her with even the smallest of queries.
