My initial reaction to an Evertrek online promotion was of doubt. But behind these pushy sales belie the boundless enthusiasm of Andy Moore(MD) giving encouragement, practical advice and a genuine love for Nepal and its people. I am now booked for Everest Base Canp. More...

Great company. Organised everything from the word go. Got good kit advice, pre-trek training walks were well worth the effort. Flights booked through the link on the website were good. Transfers from the airport to the hotel were there waiting for us. The hotel was clean, comfortable and we received a really warm welcome after a long trip! Andy and Dave both shared their experiences with enthusiasm which really got the excitement flowing well before we travelled and when we actually found ourselves in Nepal, it was every bit as amazing as they had led us to believe! The trek itself was outstanding. It's demanding stuff, on your feet for long days trecking and deciding how much water to carry, whether sticking to Dahl Baht for two meals a day is the right thing to do (it is!! You get extra rice and curry!!) and figuring out whether you should swap your socks today or tomorrow to get the best wear out of them :) all of these decisions melt away when you wake up in Tengboche at 6am and look outside your window to be met with one of the most breath taking views of the Himalaya that I have ever experienced. You will be blown away well before this point but we tracked in quite a lot of mist and cloud but this particular morning, the sky was like glass and it was properly spectacular! Great guides and porters! Meals catered for (you do pay for extra sides/drinks etc which is only to be expected) comfortable accomodation pre arranged. All in all EverTrek looked after us really well and I am looking forward to booking our next trek with them next year. If your considering a trip to Nepal as an experienced hiker/trekker, a beginner thinking of taking the plunge or just someone looking to break out of the rat race and find the time to think, reflect and expand your horizons, EverTrek offers a superb opportunity to do something amazing and they support you literally every step of the way. Can't recommend them highly enough. More...

I can't recommend Evertrek highly enough. The proof is that I've now been to Everest Base camp twice, both with Evertrek. During my first trek I saw first hand many tour operators and honestly was so thankful I chose Evertrek . When it came time for me to return with my father I had no hesitation in chosing Andy and the guys at Evertrek. If your planning on going to the Himalayas, do yourself a favour and speak to Evertrek. Thanks guys for the experience of a lifetime. What can I say about Evertrek! Simply brilliant. From the moment we spoke with Andy and signed up it was all taken care of. The guides were truly amazing, professional and were always on-hand to look after us. Listen, this is a tough challenge but it's well within the reach of most of you out there considering the possibility. I've kept myself pretty fit all my life (63 years young) but trying to keep up with my sons was, at times, pushing my limits. The scenery is so beautiful it becomes an emotional challenge at times. We did Kilimanjaro a few years ago - Base Camp blows that away completely. However, you need to be in the best hands and we were. Our guides, Rahul and Krishna were meticulous in making sure we were looked after every step of the way and needless to say we have become friends for life. I cannot recommend EverTrex highly enough. Don't think about this for too long - just do it. They'll get there and you'll never forget the experience. So,as soon as I have some pics ready I'll upload and share but please do not hesitate to contact me while I'm still flying through thin air!!! Thanks again Andy and EverTrex More...

Well Evertrek you did not disappoint! Finally managed to tick the box in life and get to Everest Base Camp all thanks to Andy Moore. A colleague of mine actually recommended Bucket list (Evertrek) after he completed the EBC and three passes trek. So I made contact with Andy and the rest is history so they say. My brother and I booked the Everest Base Camp Classic 15 day trek and all elements met our expectations with ease. On arrival at KTM we met our guide Kishor who took us to our hotel. We stayed at the Hotel Buddy as the Apsara was full. Lovely hotel. Nice clean rooms. The city tour was brilliant and welcome meal good. Onto the trek itself. The journey up to Lukla was exciting and after a delay of a few hours (not days thankfully) we arrived and met our Porters. Then dream really did begin and the trek started following the tracks the towards Namche, and beyond to EBC. The sheer beauty of the scenery and mountains during the trek was awe inspiring. The first glimpse of Everest on day three bought a tear to the eye. The leg of the trek to EBC was long and hard given the altitude but a massive sense of achievement was felt by all of our party when we got there! Worthy of special mention was our guide Kishor. He dealt with a few admin issues at the domestic terminal at KTM airport ensuring we got on a flight and during trek making sure that we got the best possible experience out of the trek. Friendly and knowledgable I cant recommend Kishor highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble for him. All in all this was the trip of a lifetime, with breathtaking scenery, expect some long tough days of trekking staying in typical basic lodges. This is the only way in my opinion to experience Nepal and the Khumbu region at its very best. If you are looking to trek to Everest Base Camp look no further than Evertrek! Book now and experience the EBC dream and create some forever memories! More...

A truly wonderful once in a lifetime experience. My sister and I trekked to Everest Basecamp with Evertrek to mark the tenth anniversary of our dearest Mum passing away. It was an emotional experience we will never forget. It gave us time to reflect on wonderful times past and brought us closer as only shared endeavour can. The Himalayan backdrop was the perfect location.

But it's the people that made the trek. Our guide Kishor is a wonderful guy. A real fixer, high altitude expert, family man and now, friend. When the weather delayed our flight, he did everything he could to make sure we were first onto another. His experience, knowledge and local contacts got us into places we just wouldn't have seen without him. He knew when to go to the best places to avoid the crowds and he was the picture of happiness with his infectious smile. He was kind to the point of putting us first all the time, without hesitation. A true gentlemen and the source of lots of fun and laughter - perfect for morale. Our porters also deserve a mention for their hard work and dedication through some difficult long days at high altitude. Manesh was particularly hard working and charming, keen to learn and become a guide himself in time. Our trek wouldn't have been the same without them and when I go again I will definitely seek out the same team.

My recommendation? Grab a loved one and go trekking in Nepal in the capable hands of the Evertrek team. And request Kishor to be your guide. You won't regret it.

Hey guys!
Just wanted to say a huge thanks to all at Bucket List, both here and in Nepal, for making my trip to EBC, Cho La and Gokyo so enjoyable and memorable. Himal, my guide, was a star and I enjoyed his company throughout the two plus weeks we were together; he looked after me really well and I have no doubt that his local knowledge helped to smooth the way on a few occasions when accommodation was tight! If my wife can be persuaded to let me go again, you will be my first port of call.
Cheers!
