Where to even begin except to say: YOU NEED TO HIRE EVENTS INSPIREDD! Julia was our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have imagined needing her so much not just physically to help set things up, but also emotionally! As a bride, it is so reassuring to know that you have someone who has all eyes on the entire event (including your groom, family and friends!). And as a grooms you want someone who can keep your bride calm and happy—going through the wedding planning process there are so many emotions that arise for each couple. For us it was that my (the Bride) mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. I felt it was extremely important to have a coordinator who would be understanding, compassionate and extra attentive to my family's emotional needs on the day. Julia did this beautifully allowing each of us to have a our special moments and making sure we had tissues available .In addition to being a great source of calm for us, Julia was also extremely detailed and throughout the planning process. She helped us create a seamless timeline (which our other vendors raved about!) which kept the event running beautiful start to finish. She went so above and beyond that when my groom and I snuck off the dance floor for a quick bathroom break we saw her calmly walking our guest’s puppy in the background without even being asked!!!!! Lastly, our coordinator is one of the last people who you walk down the aisle with and you want to be reassured you have a positive connection to send you off into married life. Michelle with Just Escape Travel did an amazing job!! We used her services to help us book travel, hotels, and excursions for our honeymoon. Due to our inability to decide where to go, we didn't have tons of time (approximately 3 months) for planning, but Michelle still made it work! Our tours/excursions in Dubrovnik, Croatia were all so fun; from the transportation to the tour guides, everything was perfect. The hotel we stayed at (Valamar Dubrovnik President Hotel) was gorgeous and had great customer service (plus an awesome breakfast buffet). Next we were off to Greece, which was equally as amazing. We had the pleasure of staying at the Anteliz Suites in Santorini and we would highly recommend this hotel. One of the best parts of working with this travel agency was that we had local contacts in both countries, so if anything came up, we were able to reach them directly. Michelle was always quick to respond to our questions and made sure to let us know if anything was going to affect our budget before she moved forward with booking. I can with 100% certainty say that the BEST DECISION I made for our wedding was having Julia as our coordinator! From our first inquiry to see her availability I knew she was the perfect coordinator because she was personable, prompt and made me feel at ease right off the bat! I began meeting with Julia 2 months prior to our wedding and there is no way I could have done any of the planning without her- honestly wish I had her from the day after we got engaged! She is the perfect balance of being personable/fun/exciting girly talk with wedding planning, but then also kept me on track, was fully reliable, quick to action, and extremely organized. There is so much that goes into planning a wedding and Julia took so much work off my plate and made any involvement on my end as easy as possible- she is seriously a rockstar! I always looked forward to our meetings because she is such a great person and always made me feel so much more excited for the big day! My Mom is so sweet and thoughtful and fully decorated every little detail for our wedding. I know there were times we were probably way more than she bargained for haha, but she always made us feel at ease and was so beyond sweet throughout the entire planning process. My Mom and I seriously could not have done it without her! The wedding day was executed perfectly, and not a single thing went wrong- it was perfection. I am typically known as a very stressed out person, and my bridesmaids/parents/now husband were shocked at how calm I was leading up to the rehearsal, at the rehearsal dinner and getting ready. They all were almost weirded out haha, but the reason I was so calm and was able to enjoy is because I knew Julia had everything taken care of and was going to make it the most perfect day, and she 1,000% did! We initially worked with Stephanie and even observed her and her assistants setting up for another wedding months before ours at the same venue. We ended up working with Kathleen as the date we chose Stephanie was not available. We loved and would recommend both of them, as they put passion into her work like it was their own wedding. Julia is a goddamn QUEEN.
I was origninally talking with another company and was ready to book when I sadly found out that the coordinator was moving, leaving me with only a recommendation from her to Events Inspired.

Bridal. Freakout.

But after talking with Julia the first time, I was put completely at ease. She was not only incredibly diligent, she whipped us all into shape at the rehearsal, made sure that the timeline was perfect, all with a beautiful smile and happy soul.

Events Inspired was recommended by my wedding venue since they were the most knowledgable of my venue (University Club atop Symphony Towers in San Diego, CA). I made a great choice! I only needed a coordinator for "Day Of" as I did all the other planning and vendor contracting on my own. We met with Stephanie a month prior to our event to get the whole timeline organized, and then we saw her again at rehearsal, where I handed off all the materials for her to handle. Michelle planned my honeymoon to Fiji and New Zealand and my entire experience was phenomenal! It simply could not have been better. When I was initially thinking about a honeymoon, I knew generally where I wanted to go but did not have the time to do all the necessary research and plan a full trip myself.  Having never used a travel agent before, I decided to contact Michelle to help make the decisions for me. I knew it was the right decision immediately. Michelle has so much knowledge that would have taken so long to gather independently, and she quickly provided several alternative itineraries to use as a starting point for planning the trip. It was clear that she listened to my priorities. She worked with me continuously and answered all of my questions until we had the perfect trip laid out - locations, transportation, hotels, activities, everything. By the end of the planning I got exactly what I wanted and had total peace of mind because I trusted Michelle's experience.As for the trip itself, it was perfect in every way. Michelle sent detailed itineraries for each location weeks in advance - I didn't even have to ask for it. All of my transportation was pre-arranged and could not have been easier. And of course, Fiji and New Zealand were both spectacular. The accommodations were incredible. For example, I'm pretty sure Michelle hooked us up with the best villa on the small island resort where we stayed in Fiji (perks of leveraging someone with prior knowledge and connections). As for activities, everything was planned so that we had the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure that we were looking for. I came away feeling like we got the most out of both locations and experienced them exactly how we wanted. I was totally satisfied and had the best vacation of my life. Michelle was professional throughout. Quick to respond to questions and very helpful in updating reservations when needed. She made the entire experience totally pain free. Finding Just Escape Travel was a blessing! We were looking into organizing our honeymoon and didnt know where to begin except that we wanted to go to Spain. In today's world, it can be information overload and you dont know who to trust. Michelle was INCREDIBLE!!! Right from the beginning she worked on getting to know us and our preferences. She then put together a few options to narrow it done. From there she created a dream honeymoon! Everything was so detailed and organized before heading out. In July, my family took a spectacular 2-week vacation in Southeast Asia and we can't thank Michelle Barth enough for planning our entire trip. I chose Just Escape Travel because I rely often on Yelp ratings and Michelle had rave reviews as a travel agent.Our trip was rather complicated because our travel dates kept changing in order to accommodate my son's availability and we wanted to squeeze 3 major destinations in 2 weeks - 6 nights in Hong Kong, 3 nights in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and 3 nights in Singapore. Michelle not only met our schedule and criteria but also arranged it quickly and seamlessly. Throughout the planning stage, Michelle was in constant contact with me on the proposed travel itinerary. She coordinated the multi-city flights, transfers to/from airport to hotel, extraordinary hotels, complimentary breakfasts and fabulous city tours. Everything was so perfectly arranged that we didn't have to worry about a thing when we arrived in these foreign countries. At the last minute, my sister and her husband decided to join us for our trip. Within 24 hours, Michelle did her "magic" and coordinated their travel plans to match ours. Michelle booked us the Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore! This is the spectacular hotel featured in the movie "Crazy Rich Asians" with an infinity pool on the top floor that overlooks the breathtaking view of the city. We have been back from our Grecian dream vacation for about two weeks now, and have never felt better. My husband is active duty military and advance planning isn't always in our favor. However, when we got our travel dates approved by his chain of command, we had a little less than a month and half before leaving and chose to enlist Travel Escape's Michelle Barth, to make this a reality for us. This wasn't just an ordinary vacation, we were celebrating my husband's 30th birthday, alongside my golden birthday and leading up to our 3rd wedding anniversary celebrations. Michelle was really candid with us about this being short notice- however, she worked her magic and within a week of reaching out to her we had a full itinterary and 8 days so meticulously thought out and planned + booked in Greece. We were overwhelmed when researching how to get around, where to stay, best beach clubs etc. She made sure we stayed in 5 star resorts and that details and luxury were present in every step of our travel. We started in Athens, moved our way to Mykonos, then Santorini and ended our travel with another night in Athens. Each time we checked in to our hotel, we were greeted with notes, travel vouchers and fruit and wine, compliments of Michelle. The best surprise we had was in Santorini when we were already in awe of our hotel, only to find out we had been upgraded to a private suite.This was all thanks to Michelle of course. We will continue utilizing Michelle and Just Escape Travel for all our future travel endeavors, and can't wait to let her know where we are off to next. I 100% recommend her. Disclaimer: I am a control freak, highly detail oriented, and constantly research within the hospitality space (best hotels, restaurants, nightlife) as it overlaps with my career and past experiences. My friends and family always come to me to book restaurants and pick them for special occasions whether it be in Vegas, San Diego, LA or New York (where we are from). I do like to control where I go and ensure I am at the "hottest spots" so turning this over to Michelle was difficult for me. However, I do not regret this decision and feel as though I couldn't have done a better job myself! She saved us stress and time, and made me the go-to Greece travel expert with the ability to lend advice, only I didn't do the research this time. Stephanie helped us with our month of coordination and she was a rockstar! Prior to our first meeting, I had some what of an idea of which vendors I wanted to use but everything was a bit unorganized in terms of counts and scope of services, etc. .. my husband and I both have insane work schedules and planning these large events is not our area of expertise and we were so glad that we had Stephanie to guide us through everything! She made me feel so much better after we met and seriously took the reigns and made sure all the contracts, payment, timelines, and details were in order. I was fortunate to learn last minute about a bridal fair at a possible venue location. There, I met Stephanie from Events Inspired and I'm so glad I did! Stephanie was warm, informative, and gave me a sense of calmness that is essential with wedding planning. Needless to say, we booked her to be our wedding planner. And, I could not be happier with the results! Stephanie is professional, yet keeps it fun. There were a lot of lol's at our meetings that made the planning less stressful. Michelle at Just Escape Travel was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Our river cruise on the Danube was great; the pre package that she arranged for us in Prague was great. Every item was covered, from the moment that we arrived until we were dropped off at Budapest airport for our return flight. ZERO ISSUES!! Every base was covered; She certainly went above and beyond. Michelle at Just Escape Travel was great. She spent a long time on the phone with me and my husband to figure out what we would truly enjoy for our 10th wedding anniversary. Michelle also sent sample itineraries for us to consider before we made the decision to use her. We spent 12 glorious days in Thailand, including Chiang Mai, a city we would not likely have visited without her suggestions. It was our favorite part of the trip, filled with walking tours, amazing food, the best sausage we have ever had from a vendor in the market, and a day with elephants.
