Events Done Right did an amazing job! They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process leading up to the wedding and very accommodating to any need I had. They gave a wedding spreadsheet that was super helpful! Not only did the wedding timing layout assist with our music selection and timeframe, but it also helped our other vendors coordinate with them when I sent it to them. DJ Chris was FANTASTIC! Not only was he on point with the ceremony and dinner music as well as the introductions at dinner, but he also kept the dance floor going and really was on point with choosing songs that appeased all attendees and stuck to mine and my fiancé's genre. All songs were radio edits so we didn't have to worry about any crude language when playing some of the more edgy songs while the older family members were there. I was on the dance floor the ENTIRE night with a smile on my face and I even got to do a Karaoke bit, haha! I would recommend them to anyone if they need a DJ for any event! More...

We have been attending weekly trivia nights at the whiskey wings location in tarpon for the last (atleast) 2 years. The atmosphere is always fantastic - all of the teams seem to have a great time. Ed makes the experience fun/easy and still very professional. Additionally, who doesn’t like firing up unused parts of their minds My family and I have not had a bad experience with Ed or any other member of the team and will continue to enjoy the event weekly! Justin Cartaya absolutely killed it at our wedding! He kept everyone having a good time, always made sure requests were okay with me, & made our wedding so special! He played all the songs I requested at the perfect time, all songs were at a great volume, & he KILLEDDD it on special announcements/keeping the guests informed about the photo booth, guest book, S’mores, etc. The ceremony set-up was absolutely amazing also! He put a mic up at the alter for us, played my song choices at the right times & the perfect volume. We don’t know what we would have done without him!!!! He’s also just the most caring, nicest person & can adapt to last minute changes with no problem. We used Events Done Right for DJ services for our September 2019 wedding. Ed- the owner- is super nice, fun to talk to, and easy to communicate with. We are so happy with the quality of service we received and we can't recommend them enough! Our DJ was Chris, and he was awesome. I spoke with him about a week prior to the wedding to give him our music choices and he asked me to send him some songs that we like so that he could put together a playlist. I'd given him a general idea of what kind of music we wanted, but I totally forgot to send him a playlist. It turned out to be no problem, and he still put together a great playlist. I actually got lots of compliments on the music all night. I even texted Chris minutes before the wedding to make a last minute change of ceremony music, which he was totally fine with. (Sorry, Chris, and thank you!)Chris helped give us some much-needed guidance throughout the night. For example, he let us know that it would probably be a good time to cut the cake, and helped to facilitate that. As far as set up and equipment, there were zero issues. I actually didn't even think about it until now, which is great! The less you have to worry about on your wedding day, the better.Right after our wedding, my husband and I both remarked on how happy we were with Chris and Events Done Right and that we're so glad we decided to go with them for DJ services. They made for a wonderful, stress-free experience. Also, we were trying to be budget-conscious and definitely wanted to cut corners where we could. I did shop around and found that their prices were very reasonable, and they just so happen to have excellent service and professionalism. So, again, I would highly recommend Events Done Right to any couple planning their wedding and looking to get the best possible service for their wedding day. I hired Ed for my wedding and he went above and beyond anything I could have wished for! Called whenever you needed to talk to him, helped you figure out little details (and the details you didn’t even think about). I used Events Done Right for my wedding and they were AMAZING!! We had a five-hour long reception and our DJ Chris kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time. We initially went with a different company but ended up canceling them a month before the wedding due to horrible communication. The Events Done Right team was so professional throughout the planning process. Both Ed Grube (owner) and Chris had incredible communication the entire time. They were both very responsive to all of my questions I had leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect! We received numerous compliments on how great the music was. We can all agree that it is difficult to hire a DJ for events. Events Done Right have some great reviews so we trusted what others experienced. I will say that we were certainly not disappointed. DJ Terrence was entertaining and very good at keeping our party going. The event involved kids and its hard to get them to just get up and dance, however, that was not the case with DJ Terrence. We used Ed at our wedding at Sunken Gardens and everything was absolutely perfect!!! He was professional and friendly from the very start. After my first phone call I had him sent over a contract because he just seemed like the perfect person. The entire night the only thing we heard from guests were “your DJ is incredible!” He played the perfect mix of fun party songs and the dance floor was filled the entire night. “Best wedding reception ever!”.... heard this all weekend long! DJ Keith was amazing! Ed and Events Done Right was super easy to work with and had the flow of the evening taken care of for me. He provided the music for the Tampa Bay CDC Fashion Show Fundraiser "Heart to Home".Now if anyone knows how difficult it is to put together a fundraising fashion show, and if that was not enough we wanted ED to play and cut into various songs as each model came out. ..He never missed a beat. "Events Done Right" is definitely THE ONLY option if you want EVERYTHING DONE RIGHT! In today's social media environment, 5 stars is a privilege to earn, and believe me they've earned it!
