My husband and I got married at the Rincon Beach Club on September 29, 2018. We had the beach ceremony and the reception at the club. It was the most incredible, perfect experience, and we are already wishing we could relive it again!The event space is gorgeous --it was able to easily fit our guest list of 200 people. The cocktail hour space, dinner space, and dancing all flowed together extremely well. It gives off such a wonderfully intimate and romantic feel.The reason we loved the beach club so much was not only because of the beautiful event space, but because of Carol, the owner of the club. From the first time we met her, we knew that she made the place special. She is so incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were at home, giving us some freshly baked goods that their catering company had just made. She has a ton of experience with hosting weddings, and we have been SO impressed by her breadth of knowledge and how she was so on top of every little wedding detail throughout our wedding planning process. We didn't need a wedding planner because Carol was our wedding coordinator. I felt like a lot of the typical wedding stress was alleviated because we had Carol guiding us though the process.Carol was incredibly responsive to every email I sent and always had a thoughtful answer to my many silly questions. We worked with Carol for about 14 months leading up to the wedding, and there was never one time that we were frustrated or felt like we were in the dark. Guests after the wedding told me that Carol came up to each table during the dinner to make sure everyone was doing well and that they thought it was such a wonderful touch. That represents how much Carol cares about making the experience a perfect one. The food at the beach club was immaculate. Multiple guests have commented to us on how it was the best wedding food that they have ever had!! We had the tri-tip, the salmon, the ravioli, salad, and the potatoes, and I'm still dreaming of how good the food was. There was enough food available so that our guests weren't hungry after, which is also a common problem we've encountered at weddings. Carol even had it planned so we were able to eat our cocktail hour food AND our dinner, which is pretty rare for most brides and grooms at their own wedding!Between the event space, the food, and Carol, this was the most perfect wedding venue. We are so grateful to Carol for making our special day so stress-free, perfect, and fun for us and all of our guests. We would highly recommend the Rincon Beach Club to anyone!!!!! More...

Rincon beach club is an amazing place for weddings and other life events! They took great care of me during my wedding planning! The ladies they have on staff for weddings are wonderful and are built in wedding coordinators! They take care of so many of the details and can offer recommendations for other amenities. They have also catered my son's birthday and I've ordered meals for holidays. I'm always so pleased with the service and quality! More...

This place does WAY MORE than weddings. They were our venue of choice for our corporate event of 400+ people. Marc & Carol are creative, flexible, passionate and professional.
They truly went above and beyond to ensure success of our event. Every one of our guests was thrilled with the party. Their Event Manager Sumner looked after every detail and met us at meeting after meeting with genuine enthusiasm. Their staff is efficient, professional and friendly. After 15 years in the local event industry, I hope we can secure this place next year because you won't find service like this anywhere else within 100 miles. Thank you to the greater Rincon Beach Club team for all you did for @LinkedIn (now Microsoft). I'm confident all of your clients are this thrilled with their event.

The Rincon Beach Club is truly a one of a kind place that will make your special day magical. The whole staff was wonderful, we had the pleasure with working with Eloise and Carol and a little with Marc and Karen. They were just the best. We just got married there at the gardens and Beach Club and would totally have it there all over again. The lights and decorations are just what you need to add the special element to your wedding. The Rincon Beach Club is a one of a kind venue. It has that simply rustic beachy vibe to it that is truly transcendent. We had the honor to work with Carol and Eloise, who were the most accommodating and nicest people who took care of every detail. When you work with them, you don't just get a venue and exceptional food, you get a team of highly trained people who know weddings/catering/events, and will make your day as easy as possible so you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the moments. All of our guests were amazed at this place we found for its beauty, charm and style. It has that "something" everyone wants, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The epitome of ‘Professional’! From the start we were amazed with the professionalism, kindness, and humble demeanor of Rincon Catering. We used Rincon for our Wedding/Reception, and couldn’t have been more pleased! From food to furniture, or lighting to clean-up, we used Rincon for all and it was perfection! Marc was incredible, and after meeting with him, we were sold. He was gracious with his time, flexibility, and not only was quick to align to our vision but also was sensitive to the needs of our venue and family. Being married on a family member’s estate in Santa Barbara (though we live in San Francisco), we wanted to ensure that we were respectful of the the property. From start to finish Rincon was sensitive to the plant life, the structures, and to the property owners themselves. In fact, they loved Rincon so much they are now booking him for their New Year’s party too! In the end, we were impressed with the adaptability that Marc offered, his gentle candor, and his humility. Coordinating with Rincon remotely couldn’t have gone any smoother, and his demeanor clearly sets the tone for Rincon. I cannot imagine a better place to get married! From booking them to the last minute of our big day, we felt supported and cared for by the entire staff! Our coordinator, Eloise, was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process and made it as stress free as possible! The grounds are gorgeous with so many natural beautiful flowers and succulents! It was wonderful to have so many things made available for our ceremony and reception by Rincon, you get so much included! Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure EVERY DETAIL was taken care of, and we appreciated all the small touches to make everything seamless! The food was INCREDIBLE, we had the buffet chicken / tri tip, and we got comments from all of our guests on the quality of food and service. Could not recommend them more!
