What’s your signature dish?
As an overall Event Planner, I work with some amazing caterers to create something special for the particular event. Once my team as an idea of the budget and type of event, we choose the best caterers and pastry chefs to work with.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work with my caterers to come up with the best plan to compliment their event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating events for my clients and bringing magic to each and every celebration. The tagline for Events by Eve is "Creating events is illuminating space with ideas, thoughts, color and sound!
What inspired you to start your own business?
FROM BALLET TO BOUQUETS
Creating events is illuminating space with ideas, thoughts, color and sound! I remember being a little girl and having quite an enchanted existence. From dancing in the Nutcracker with the Chicago City Ballet by the time I was 9 years of age and now producing my 14th Annual Summer Breeze Jazz Concert Series for summer of 2019....each step of the journey has prepared me for my love of events, celebrations and most of all, “I DO”. Having the opportunity to be a part of one of the most magical and loving moments in a couples’ life is truly an honor and a blessing. I lost my mom over the summer, but she has truly been my inspiration for everything I do right now. So look over my page, grab some champagne, be inspired and dare to dream. I look forward to hearing from you.
