Our wedding experience is with small and intimate weddings and those with 200+ guests servicing the SF Bay Area, Napa, Sonoma, Santa Cruz and Monterey and Carmel!

Working with Courtney for our wedding was one of the best decisions my husband and I made! She is amazing!! From day one she jumped in to rally and organize our vendors into action. She always kept us updated and made us feel happy and confident that everything was on track. When vendors didn’t do what they were supposed to or if there was an issue, she was quick to solve it and get everything back on track. This review is very long overdue. Courtney did a phenomenal job with our wedding back in May at the General's Residence/Presidio and I cannot recommend her enough. She was detail-oriented starting from our very first call and was a trusted advisor throughout the entire planning process. Not to mention, even when I was being an indecisive and difficult bride, she patiently listened and helped me brainstorm on everything from decor to timeline to table settings. And when it came to our wedding day, we were truly blown away from start to finish by how everything turned out. Also, in addition to the very thorough timeline she puts together for couples, she also puts together her own minute by minute timeline for herself, which I thought was very impressive.

What I am most appreciative of though, was how she handled the few hiccups that came up on our wedding day. For us, the main hiccup was a particularly unprofessional vendor who among other things actually lost our wedding bands for a period of time before the ceremony, putting us all in the worst mood. Courtney calmly and swiftly managed that vendor from that point forward, making sure that they completed all remaining tasks while also keeping them at a distance from us so we could have fun dancing and enjoy the rest of the wedding. She did this in addition to managing what I’m sure were a thousand other things.

Overall, I highly highly recommend hiring Courtney. She is fantastic and will be one of the top Bay Area coordinators on this site in no time.

Booking Courtney was the best decision I made for my wedding! She was super supportive, helpful, and patient with my husband and I throughout the entire planning process. She was constantly checking in and giving us great tips and advice. My wedding day turned out perfectly and it was so relieving to not have to worry about all the logistics.On top of it all, she has an awesome eye for aesthetics and helped put together some beautiful table decor with extra flowers + greens our florists left behind. I hired Courtney as my day of coordinator for my wedding a few weeks ago. From start to finish, Courtney was helpful, communicative and super detail oriented. I don't know how Courtney keeps track of all of the details for all of her couples but she does and you wouldn't even know she is juggling so many weddings during wedding season because she makes your wedding feel just as important. I guarantee you won't regret $1 of the money you spend with Courtney- she's energetic, organized, and knows what she's doing. Courtney was truly amazing to work with! From the first time I met her she had a warm, approachable, and genuine spirit. Genuine was the one that most resonated with me. From talking about our budget she was very transparent (unlike others coordinators that I was getting quotes from and felt they were hiding something). As the months got closer to the big day she would ensure to reach out to have us fill out necessary questionnaires to share our vision. She was always timely to answer questions I had. Especially those days that I was having bride anxiety at like 11pm, but low and behold she would respond to my texts very fast or emails. (Very important (not to mention comforting) to have your coordinator respond in a timely manner). Fast forward to month of and week of the wedding. We talked almost every day! (No seriously!). She would ask questions or bring up things that I never even thought of. For example, color of napkins, how do I want them folded for presentation purposes. Like down to those fine details she has the skill and vision for it! Count that covered when she coordinates your wedding. If you have a strict budget she is very resourceful and thinks outside of the box to still come up with Pinterest worthy ideas. Day of wedding, she was flawless with execution of the timeline, payment of vendors, and all in between. Still even finding time to bring rounds of drinks to the bridal party after the ceremony while we took family portraits. Looking back on my wedding day, I can’t imagine Courtney not being a part of it! She was there with me every step of the way, checking in on me and offering to do anything she could to make the planning process easier on me. I’m a planner and organizer at heart, so planning a wedding was right up my alley. But it was harder and more stressful than I ever imagined, and Courtney made sure to have every little detail on lockdown. She made my big day so smooth, seamless, and stress-free, and I was confident waking up on my wedding day that everything would be perfect. And it was! Not only was she an efficient, detail oriented, professional, and knowledgeable wedding planner, but I also gained a great friend in her! TL:DR1.Yes, you need a wedding coordinator. 2.Courtney is the best you'll ever find. 3.The hardest part is saying goodbye.         When my boss offered his private estate to us the prospect of a destination wedding with 6 months planning seemed like a daunting if not impossible task. Being an event planner in Austin I briefly considered attempting it myself with the help of some "day of" coordination. As the reality of the logistics grew I'm so happy there was someone to not only keep us on track but also mediate our differences, dissolve conflicts and provide overall emotional support. Out of all your wedding expenses a coordinator isn't a tangible thing your guests will see so your initial thoughts are to spend a little as possible so you can spend more on your big day, but as soon as you realize how integral she is to the overall success of the event you soon realize she's the most vital and well spent expenditure of the entire proceedings. Courtney's level of professionalism really came to light through her punctuality. There was never a second when we thought things weren't being handled quickly and prompt responses were always there. She was also very thorough in her vetting of potential vendors for our day. She found as many options as possible in our price range and provided her thoughts but ultimately left the decision making process to us. Courtney also did so many extra things and personal touches not required in her contract and it really made us feel her vested interest in our happiness. By rehearsal time we had spent so much time communicating we felt like long time pen pals meeting for the first time. Our families welcomed her like one of our own and she reciprocated with feeling that can't be faked or purchased. Our day of celebrations went of without a hitch thanks to her experience and amazing timeline. She constantly checked on our well-being and happiness of us and our guests throughout the night and quietly put out any fires that occurred. Her ability to do all of this without hesitation shows that she's not only good at her job but also an amazing person and to have to say goodbye to that had definitely been the hardest part of this entire venture. My husband and I hired Courtney to coordinate /set-up our wedding reception. Courtney went above and beyond our expectations. Very detail oriented, response time to emails and text is amazingly quick, which puts you at ease.  The venue decor set-up was to perfect.  The coordination of vendors- All vendors were where they suppose to be.  We had to trouble with the vendors or any decor falling apart. I would 100% hire Courtney if I were to have an anniversary party. I highly recommend Courtney to anyone that is having a party and needs help with coordination/ set-up. Our wedding dreams came to life because of Courtney and we cannot thank her enough. Having a DIY wedding in an open Meadow, where we had to bring in each vendor was daunting. I knew I was going to need someone to handle the day of tasks I wasn't going to have time for. Courtney handled everything from one month out and I am more than happy she did. From the first meeting with Courtney I knew she would make our wedding dreams a reality. She asked all the right questions and paid close attention to my concerns. Throughout the month she kept me on track and handled arrangements/situations I couldn't get to or felt overwhelmed with. The day of the wedding she executed!! Having a DIY wedding (venue only) and having to bring in each vendor was daunting, I wasn't sure how the day would turn out, but Courtney handled everything, and I mean everything. We even forgot some chasers for our signature drinks, but didn't even know until later that evening. We didn't have to worry about one thing. As a bride I couldn't have asked for a better day, it was stress free and I could concentrate on what mattered most, having fun!!! All my vendors raved about Courtney as well, so I know she works well with others. I love being able to make my clients’ dreams come true and make all of their wedding and event visions come to life! I love being part of such an amazing day for my wedding couples and really share in all of the sweet moments. I love being able to relieve my clients of any added stress to allow them to enjoy the important moments!

I wanted to pursue my passion of wedding and event planning while still be able to be home with my daughter (who is two). This gives me the flexibility to do both! It is a dream job :)
