Eventique

Eventique facilitated our Holiday Appreciation event at Madam Tussaud's Times Square on Tuesday December 10th. While we anticipated about 350 attendees, we had nearly a thousand guests "surprise" us. Under the leadership of our account manager, Alexia Deleers, this company reacted accordingly and perfectly accommodated this crowd. Throughout the planning of this important client event, we found Alexia and her team to be extremity knowledgeable and organized. They literally handled everything from soup to nuts allowing myself and my team to focus on the attendees. Our clients are our life blood, and Alexia understood that. She left nothing unattended. The venue, the caterer and the decorator all complimented Eventique for their organized approach to this important event. It was one of the few events we've planned, and we plan several every year that went as smoothly as this one, even though we doubled the expected "workload" on them. I have had the pleasure of working with Eventique and their terrific staff at fundraising event at the JCC on Amsterdam Ave. From start to finish their staff were professsional, curious and very prompt with their email reply’s. The day of the event, Eventique’s members greeted me and treated myself and my team with the upmost sense of professionalism there is. We collaborated on the event together and it was a huge success!I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future on a personal and professional level. "We could not have been more thrilled with the bat mitzvah party that Liron David and his team organized and delivered. They have an expert understanding of how to run a party. In our case, this was for a large group of 12 year olds and they were able to focus them throughout the party and keep the fun going consistently. The team was wonderful and appropriate with the kids and was a great source of fun and entertainment. The kids left with huge smiles on their faces and I received many emails and calls in the days that followed letting me know what an amazing time their kids had at the bat mitzvah. My fiance and I used eventique for our engagement party and it could not have gone better! We worked with a PHENOMENAL event planner, Liron David, and he ensured that everything was covered from A to Z. He was also such a pleasure to work with and moved all the planning along smoothly and efficiently. The professionalism and competence that you get with eventique is very hard to come by these days and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have an amazing event.
