Greetings from the 2018 Extraordinary People Awards. We booked Eventful Memories kitchen to prepare our menu for our 4th Annual EPA Gala. I spoke with Chef Walker to secure the dates of September 14th & 15th to prep all food. Since my catering team was traveling from Jacksonville, FL it was important to find a facility close to the venue hosting the awards. I was able to prep the 2 days with no issues. Chef Walker made it very easy & conveniently accessible creating a very positive atmosphere to work in.
