Our Director, Ding Buckett, who has been catering for more than 25 years is constantly
updating our menus and creating delicious new dishes.

Where possible, we try to use the wealth of local fresh ingredients to be found in
Cornwall and the South West. Our menus are provided as a guide, but we can tailor
make a menu to suit any budget or personal requirement.

We take the organisation and worry away from you, enabling you to enjoy your
special occasion to the full.

Care is taken to comply at all times with statutory regulations and kitchen staff
hold the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
