WOW! I am not ordinarily a big fan of barbeque or brisket...but THIS was absolutely the best I have ever put in ny mouth!

What’s your signature dish?
We special in “Craft Smoked Meats & Tex Fuse Creations”, but we can professionally cook just about anything! We love putting our unique Texas twist on all time favorites!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We schedule in person meetings if at all possible and get to know our clients. We want to understand your vision for your event, and get excited about the creation of your menu. We have lots of suggestions to offer, and are very open to your ideas and incorporating them into a menu as unique and special as your event!
What do you love most about your job?
Feeding delicious food to folks is truly our calling. We’re passionate about food and people and how we can offer our talents and experience to to put great people and great food together!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Years and years of peer pressure! Our company owner and general manager cooked and served to large groups of friends/family for years simply because food is his passion. After endless encouragement and prodding from friends and family, Event Foods of Texas was formed and has grown exponentially ever since! You may have even eaten some of our tasty cuisine at a concert or festival!
