Hello! Thank you for taking some time to get to know a little about me. My name is Sweety Karwa and I am a Certified Wedding & Event Planner in Oregon, Thailand & Destination wedding.

First of all, if you are looking for a wedding planner, you are more than likely engaged and on your way to start one of the most beautiful journeys in life: Marriage! Congratulations on your engagement. I hope you enjoy every moment of it and may your special day be truly magical.

Let’s start with a little more about me ~ I am a born & raised in Bangkok, Thailand - Country of Hospitality & Great food. I have completed my education in Bachelor in Business Management & Certified in Event planning. I worked in a Audio visual company for an year & thats where i gained all my knowledge & importance of Lighting & Sound in an event, Later I was part of the wedding planning team "I DO ETC " in Thailand. We were the pioneer destination wedding planner in Thailand. After 9 years in this industry I got married last year & I moved to Portland in 2018. Before i could realize Today i have already coordinated more than 14 weddings in Oregon & I just love my job to the core!!

I discovered my passion when i was in my last year of college & i coordinated one of my very dear friend wedding in Phuket, Thailand. I have planned, co-ordinated & managed more than 2000+ Asian Wedding & organized more than 500 Corporate events such as Seminar, Conferences and exhibitions all over the world. Each was truly a magical moment for me. I am always looking forward to the next beautiful wedding or event to plan.

I have met some wonderful couples, great vendors and we made many dream weddings come true. I have been blessed to have turned my passion for planning into a reality & that's where EventCracker stands.

Now, a little more about my work ~ I firmly believe the planning process of your big day should be fun and stress free. I like to make sure you feel comfortable working with me and in sharing all the details with me. I love getting to know my couples as well as meeting your families during the planning process of your beautiful wedding. I strive to provide the highest quality of service I possibly can to make your wedding the best day ever!

I have worked with many types of couples that you can think of. Over the top weddings, small romantic affairs, weddings on a budget, multi-cultural celebrations, you name it, I’ve done it! My ample experience will allow me to bring your wedding day vision and dreams to reality. At the end of the day, I hope that my passion for your wedding will show every step of the way leading up to your wedding day.
