Rude and incredibly unhelpful. Ignore most of my correspondence requesting vitally important information and on several occasions have caught them red handed blatantly lying to me - on several occasions - responses, when they do respond, are often very aggressive. Incredibly poor service. Disappointed from start to finish. When everything is going well, they are fine, the second issues arise, they don't want to know. They paper over cracks. Like painting over mould :( Felt let down. More...
