Evie did a phenomenal job planning and hosting My bestfriends Baby shower!! I live in California so everything was done over the phone and via email! I just had to provide a date and theme! She picked venues and ket me decide my favorite! All the decor, Catering to include the bakery was planned by her team. The even hosted the babyshower games!! It was Amazing and stress free!. I would highly recommend hiring EV Party Planning for your next event. I hired EV Party Planning to help me with my mom's 90th Birthday party and I was so glad I did. Evie's work was outstanding. From providing options on the venues, to finding and sending the invitations to selecting and coordinating all the vendors to creating a slideshow of memorable pictures, to gift wrapping the favors, to being there on the actual day to make sure everything went smoothly, Evie did it all. Let me be the first to review your services. I knew I wanted my husband to have an awesome celebration for his 65th birthday and retirement, but...I had no idea how to proceed! Then I remembered seeing photos of Marissa’s Sweet Sixteen and knew I had to hire you.

Your consultation services, your hands-on, detailed oriented attention (not to mention your hand holding), your designs, your hard work, LITERALLY everything made this the best party ever. So many people have already let me know what a great time they had!

I work with many vendors to provide your cuisine of choice

I like to get to know each and every one of my clients to learn about their likes and dislikes. It all depends on what the client's priority is. If they are budget conscious, I will select the very best menu for the price. If the client is out to impress, then I will present more sophisticated options to fit the atmosphere of the event.

I can help you plan your event from start to finish. From budget planning to honeymoon planning. Let me cater to you and your loved one's needs and help create an event of your dreams. Gather proposals, perform site visit for top (3) choices, and handle venue contract negotiation for venue and room block for out of town guests.

I can help you determine your overall budget for your event including, menu planning, vendor contracts (Photobooth, photographer, etc.), Venue size needed for your event, and honeymoon planning and budgeting.

Give me the guest list and I'll handle the rest. From managing RSVP's to rooming lists for guest room blocks, I manage it all, so you don't have to.

I will help you create the event of your dreams! I will provide design ideas and ensure all the tiny details are purchased and in place on your special day. I can be as much or as little involved as you want. You decide and I'll follow your lead.

I have relationships with vendors across Broward County, including photobooth rental, DJ, Table/Chair/Linen rental, furniture rentals, photographers, etc. I will ensure you have everything you need.

I handle everything from start to finish including: Budget Planning: You tell me the number of guests and I'll give you an estimated budget to build on. Honeymoon planning: Tell me where you want to go and I'll do all the research. Venue Selection: Site visit, proposals and contract negotiations Decor / Details: I research and present up to (3) design ideas for you to choose from. Once a design is selected I will handle all purchasing required to ensure every little detail is paid attention to, including decor, invitations, furniture rentals, etc. Guest List management: I will stuff and mail invitations, manage guest RSVP's, room blocks and special requests Vendors: I'll secure every vendor you need from the caterer to DJ and everything in between. Day of service: Event set-up, last minute store runs, etc.
