I've been having my hair cut, colored, treated and styled here for the past 2 years! I drive an hour to get to this salon because I love what they do! I buy the Lanza products and love them! I've been a customer of European Style Salon for well over a decade. Silvia has always taken EXCELLENT care of me and uses the best products on my hair that last longer than any other salon I'd ever used. Plus, they are actually GOOD for my hair! I receive compliments on my hair daily and I haven't been in for a touch up in almost 3 months! I love the atmosphere of the salon as well as the convenience of the new location. Even though I did not get the discounts listed on their web page or on Yelp! I will be returning. One of the rare times my hair turned out just as I wanted. Went here for the first time last night. The stylist I normally go to was booked up and I needed to get a cut before the weekend so I found them on Yelp and went for it! I had a great experience! The owner Sylvia was my stylist and she was very warm and welcoming. She did a very nice job with the shampooing and when we got back to the chair I wasn't afraid she had forgotten everything I had already told her I would like for a haircut - she reiterated what we were doing and set about it. She asked a lot of questions about my daily styling routine, etc. and made many helpful suggestions as to how I could enhance that or what to watch out for. I felt like I learned so much and got exactly the haircut I wanted at the same time!The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because my friend came with me to get her hair done as well and her stylist was what I can only describe as surly and didn't even offer to wash her hair just started spraying it and combing knots out very hard. Had my son and daughters hair cut today- I was able to call and get in the same day. Staff was very nice! Haircuts were perfect! My daughters looked beautiful- she had a cut and style- my son just a cut and the stylist spent a very good amount of time getting it just the way we wanted it. They invited us back to a free event coming up, and even took a quick picture of my kids new haircuts when they were finished and texted it to me!
