I am from MD and was on a road trip to Winston Salem NC and the idler pulley in my 2006 M3 locked up near Greensboro which caused the serpentine belt to fray and my engine to overheat. I called them at 4pm on a Friday and they had all parts in stock. Had it towed there after hours, used their dropbox, and they had it ready for pickup by 11 am Saturday morning. What a lifesaver! It was Friday and the check engine light comes on. My BMW X3 is not responding as usual. I have an all day out of town appt early Sat morning. I can't bring it in until after school Friday. I had a great first experience with Eurobahn! I am very happy I found them and will be going back when I need my next servicing. They did a full 60,000 mile service on my VW CC for a very reasonable cost. They dropped me off at my office and picked me back when my car was ready. They were very open, honest and friendly people with none of the typical dealership double talk and 2 step about how you need this or that and it will be $1000.
