Don’t buy a warranty here. Buy your own separately. Shame on you EuroLiving for selling us your warranty, blaming your warranty partner as the only problem, then keeping half our settlement for yourself after 19 months of our hard work waiting and pushing for results. We purchased $10K leather sofa and recliners four years ago. EuroLiving pressured really hard to buy 5 year warranty with their partner Uniters for complete repair or full replacement if covered damage occurred. Which it did. Warranty company approved our claim right away, and that was the last substantive communication we got, almost 2 years ago. EuroLiving and warranty company in bed with each other - Uniters will ONLY talk to EuroLiving, NOT to the customer. Warranty portal for customers only gives you robo-response that they might take 3 months to get back to you. Nineteen, yes 19 months later, we were still hounding EuroLiving to get our covered replacement or repair done. Warranty company finally paid out only a small monetary settlement - to EuroLiving, not the customer! EuroLiving held the money and refused to give us our full settlement. I bought a TV console, that was not as advertised, the color is gray instead of walnut, when we called to return the item which btw the delivery was delayed to 5 weeks instead of 2 weeks. Let me be clarify that I was at the store in person but they didn’t have what I was looking for, so the sales person suggested an item , I went ahead and bought it without seeing it phisically, it was an online purchase Once I assembled the console I realized that the color was not walnut as advertised , it was a grey version of walnut which doesn’t match my furniture I explained to the sales person that sold the item to us, that the color wasnt the right one, she said that they couldn’t do a refund THEIR RETURN POLICY IS 3 DAYS !! Even for online purchases Who has a 3 day return policy?? These guys couldn't care less about your business. Ordered our bed in October, along with multiple other items and spent a ton of money. I understand there's manufacturer delays but there's been no follow up or updates. Very poor Customer service. They have poor communication skills within the employee of the store. office furniture was delivered and took three days and still was not done correctly . It took more than 4 mnths to get the furniture and even than was incomplete. They ordered incomplete piece and wrong piece. They could not figure out the problem and they had to order more piece which took more months. I have not received the complete order yet.. Very unprofessional and no updates on delivery time . Update: after receive our couch just find out they are made in china and not Italy like they tell me at the store. I jus paid 5k for a couch from china been trying to find any label that said is leather and I can’t find it. I’m sad and mad this company is a joke, the owner is a joke and the employes are lying to the customer. Still waiting on the table I’m so disappointed right now that I just wasted my money and my time. I will never buy anything from this company and will tell everyone I know that stay away. I just got my furniture Monday 2/21/22 . It is beautiful and I got 4 bar stools. I never like to purchase things by ordering it I rather see it in person but I took a chance. The customer service is the worst, furniture are fake they don’t have Italian leather like they said, is been 4 months still waiting on a table that they cleared don’t have and they don’t want to give me a refund, stay away if this company they sale fake leather from china too very unhappy with the mistake I did to trust them with my money they don’t care about the customer after they have your money.

Prices are okay but customer service is very bad. Ordered a chandelier the product received was horrible had to take it back. Ordered furniture and given a date to receive it of 8-10 weeks. LOL not even close to an exact time line. Still haven't received the furniture or even offered the ability to exchange it for an in store item. Calls for updates on item go unanswered for weeks.
