Please avoid this company at all costs! They have caused around £4000 worth of damages to two of my vehicles!
They do not know how to put a vehicle back together and use double sided tape for most of the parts after snapping the clips off them!
They let young, inexperienced teenagers loose on your pride and joy who have no clue what they are doing.
Honestly, you could not make it up and I do not know where to start.
I think they may be in the process of folding the company and calling it a day as they do not seem to care at all.
To keep this short, they tell you all the lies under the sun why your car wont be ready on time, then when it is completed, it is an utter shambles! Some of these issues listed below:
* They put my families life at risk but not screwing the wheels back on properly! All the nuts where only hand tightened back on rather than using a wrench! The front wheel was loose
* Wrong colour panels because the wrap is fixed in a different orientation to the rest. So now I have doors a different colour the the rest!
* Most of the trims and parts are stuck back on using double sided tape! Yes, you read correctly, double sided tape! They seem to snap off all the clips and use tape to put it back together! I was on the A127 when the front pillar near the window blew right off!
* Window wipers put back on the wrong way round. Now they have rubbed the paint off down to bare metal
* Parking sensors no longer work
* Electric side mirror not working
* Door handles not put back on properly
* Interior headlining battered and creased up
Please do not go anywhere near this company unless you want to dump your car off and not bother picking it back up!
